L-Handle Kitchen
Kitchen re-designs only come around every so often, and when they do, it’s vital to work with the right partner. Of course, we’re proud of this kitchen, but it’s the feedback we received from the homeowners that made the project really special for us.
We love discerning buyers and these ones took their time and researched an array of local and National providers. One of the things that made them go with Debenvale was the personal touch, the availability of the owners and their deep involvement in arriving at the correct solution. Rare are the times when the design is right first time, we need to imagine it’s our home, and get into the shoes of the family that live there and think hard about how the room should function and adapt to their budget.
This L-Handle kitchen has doors sprayed to match the owners’ request from the Little Greene and Farrow & Ball ranges.
Pleasing finishes
The carcasses are a matt-finish, which means the texture fits well with the sprayed outer doors. They are graphite throughout and represent a high quality option without stretching the budget too far.
The drawer boxes are metal-sided with soft-close features and the cutlery drawer is lined with an oak dovetailed divider. The eye-level cabinets feature rather exciting lifting doors rather than the traditional swing approach, take a look at the gallery to see how these work.
The stunning work surfaces are Caesar stone, airy concrete quartz, which delivers an amazing finish with a warm, matt feel and soft radiuses to reflect the cabinet work. The main island unit also benefits from concealed sockets.
Throughout, the appliances are from NEFF including the highly desirable double-oven and the hob with surface extraction, alongside the super-cool wine chiller. De rigeur in every modern kitchen is the essential Quooker tap; who can live without one these days?
